A feeling undefined. A body that never lies.
There are feelings we can’t describe,
Not even to ourselves.
As I heart start to slow,
And leaves us in a flow,
The breath start to grow.
Feelings so intense, so loud,
Yet so quiet.
The kind that make us feel alive,
Though, we are not so sure why.
The kind we afraid of,
That makes us melt-o,
Too strong to look at,
Too real to move out.
Feelings lost in translation,
Yet they define us,
Not to say mock us,
They shape us.
There are feelings undefined,
So we’ll name what fit the shell,
Hoping it’ll do it,
Thinking “I am mastering it”.
Yet the control is gone, gripped by a ghost-feeling.
So we start to move, to dance, to exercice,
To run, to walk, to act like we’re fine,
Thinking “I am mastering it”,
But can’t really stop it.
What will happen if we do ?
In crumble, we fall into.
Where is the line,
So we don’t go maniac on the floor,
Moving, like the rules were never here before.
Maybe we should,
Experience everything, learn all the things,
To finally have the tools, to face the feelings.
