Hi everyone,
I’ve just published the second edition of Fragments, my magazine, now available online on the blog.
This February edition is a particular one. It focuses on health, and on what happens when health starts deteriorating. Not only physically, but in all the ways it quietly reshapes a life. The difficulty of keeping up, the adjustments we have to make, and the effort it takes to make daily life a little easier.
This topic is personal to me. As some of you know, I deal with health issues myself, and I know how many consequences they can carry. Health does not affect only the body. It touches identity, work, relationships, and the way we see ourselves. It forces changes we did not ask for, and often did not prepare for.
This edition was written as a way to explore that process. The confusion, the resistance, the slow adaptation.
The in between space where the person you used to be no longer fits, but the new version has not yet fully formed. It is also meant as a companion, something to sit with, for those who may recognize themselves in these experiences and feel less alone.
Inside this issue, you will find longer texts, shorter fragments, poems, and a final page of small tips. Nothing prescriptive, nothing heroic. Just reflections, images, and gestures meant to acknowledge what it feels like to live differently, and to adapt without disappearing.
Fragments February is not about recovery or solutions. It is about staying present with change, and learning to move through it at your own pace.
Thank you for reading, and for being here.
